Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) to:

You may use the cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
Returning Your Item
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
Items must be returned:
- In the same condition in which you received them
- Unused and unaltered
- In original or suitable protective packaging
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange return postage at our cost.
Exemptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Bespoke or custom-made items (e.g. custom lamp conversions or commissions made to your specification)
- Items that have been damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
