Victorian 19th Century Poison Bottle Table Lamp
Victorian 19th Century Poison Bottle Table Lamp
A Victorian 19th century apothecary poison bottle table lamp.
A lovely old Victorian bottle, hand blown with inherent flaws bubbles and inclusions.
We have added a simple cork stopper fitted with a brass side entry and be 22 bulk holder. This arrangement allows for the bottle to be filled with a liquid as shown in our images for illustration purposes only
You should note that we do not recommend this course of action as even though we have separated the electrical parts from the bottle, extreme care should always be taken when using liquids around electricity.
Should you decide on your own volition to fill the bottle, you should make sure that the cork is inserted all the way into the neck of the bottle and that the whole lamp is kept well away from children, animals and idiots. You should also ensure of the cable is kept close to the wall at all times.
Please note that this is a sympathetic upcycle. We do not believe in damaging old and antique items of interest. Can be converted back into a bottle at any time by simply removing the cork.
Good condition see pictures some marks to inner.
Dimensions 42 centimeters height x 13cm diameter
2m coppertone twisted cable.
